Ball Part-Time Certification Program
Part-time faculty members may participate in a voluntary certification program designed to enhance their teaching skills, promote collegial interaction, and modestly increase their salaries. Instructors may elect to progress through a series of three levels of certification involving orientation and development activities, in addition to teaching experience.

Part-time faculty who achieve Level III certification will be recognized at the President's Welcome at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.
